Access to the services

Profile Creation
Users can create and consult profiles online. When creating a profile, you agree to abide by all applicable laws and regulations in your use of our services. Profiles containing avertising will be deleted. Amoureux.com reserves the right to close an account or not to approve any profile that will be considered as illegal or immoral, that includes advertising or that are simply out of line.
You agree to let our services check and approve your profile before it is displayed online. We will do our best to make it available within 8 hours (no guarantee). Profiles remain online for 3 months, unless their are any modifications or if the user wishes to remove it.
The users are solely responsible for the content of their profiles and of their use. Amoureux.com does not assume any responsability in all transmissions and actions resulting from the creation or consultation of profiles, the users are solely responsible. Amoureux.com does not endorse the content of any member posting or data , nor the truthfulness of the information published in the adverts.
Your profile must contain no contact details : no name, no telephone number, no address, no ICQ details or other instant messager.
The e-mail address that you will give to amoureux.com will not appear. Your messages will be delivered in the inbox of your profile on our web site.
Your profile is yours solely and must be for one person only. Profiles concerning groups or couples will be refused.
Profiles containing advertising shall be refused.
Profiles containing illegal or immoral content, especially pornographic or indecent, but not only, will be refused.

Messages
To write to a profile, use the link "Send message" on the profile page. You agree not to send any illegal or indecent content.
You agree not to continue sending messages to a member who has clearly expressed the wish to receive no more messages from you.

Advice
